At Tenled, we believe that successful cooperation starts with transparency, trust, and personal connection. Recently, we were delighted to welcome our clients to our factory. The visit gave our guest a firsthand look at our production process, quality control, and team culture.

To ensure a smooth and comfortable visit, we arranged pickup service from the client’s hotel before the factory tour, once the hotel address was provided in advance. Upon arrival, our team greeted the client warmly and began the guided tour.

Our factory has four main production floors, covering key stages such as module production, aging, screen assembly, and additional aging and testing. Walking through each floor, the client was able to see how our products are manufactured and checked at every step. We also shared details about our equipment, workflow, and quality standards.

After visiting Floors 1 to 4, we moved to the meeting room on the fifth floor. There, we gave a detailed PPT presentation on our products, capabilities, and solutions. We had prepared fresh fruit, water, and printed brochures for the client, creating a relaxed environment for discussion and questions.

When time allows, we also invite our clients to join us for lunch or dinner. For us, hospitality is not just a courtesy—it is a way to build stronger relationships and show our appreciation for their trust.

The visit was a valuable opportunity to connect, communicate, and explore future cooperation. We would like to thank our clients for visiting us, and we look forward to taking the next step together.
